Soft Rock 97.7’s Stampede Fan Favourite

For the fifth year soft rock 97.7 encouraged all parade watchers to pick The soft rock 97.7 Fan Favourite Award. People along the route and those watching the parade on TV texted our radio station with votes for their favourite floats and entries. Over 7,000 texts flew in and at the end of the parade we tabulated all the votes and crowned this year’s Fan Favourite. This year a huge congrats goes out to the Calgary Stetson Show Band. We also awarded a Stampede Experience to one of the people who texted in their vote. This year Congrats goes to Wendy & Chris the rodeo, The Oxford Stomp with John Fogerty and a lot more Stampede Fun.
