Rawlco Radio Welcomes Over 2,900 Visitors to Free Admission Day at Remai Modern
Saskatoon – Rawlco Radio was very pleased to partner with Remai Modern for the Rawlco Radio Free Admission Day on Wednesday, July 25th. The event welcomed more than 2,900 guests.
Visitors came from around the corner and around the world. For many, it was their first time visiting the breathtaking museum overlooking the South Saskatchewan River; for others, they were happy to return with family, friends, or their special someone and enjoy the eleven gallery spaces, activities in the Riverview Room, and newly opened exhibitions, including Picasso: Process and Poetry.
This is the fifth event for the Free Admission Program sponsored by Rawlco Radio since the gallery’s opening in October 2017. In April, Remai Modern announced a $1-million gift from Gordon and Jill Rawlinson and Rawlco Radio supporting the Free Admission Program. This program ensures free access to the entire museum six days each year. The next Rawlco Radio Free Admission Day will be Sunday, September 30th from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
