Regina – On Thursday, March 3 Rawlco Radio is holding a Saskatchewan Day of Caring for Ukraine.
In partnership with the Ukrainian Canadian Congress, Saskatchewan branch (UCC) and the Canada-Ukraine Foundation (CUF), it is an to opportunity provide humanitarian assistance to refugees and those in Ukraine.
“The need is real and it’s extremely urgent. Hundreds of thousands of families are fleeing for their safety… they need food and shelter. Those staying behind need support, including medical supplies.” says Danylo Puderak, Executive Director with the Ukrainian Canadian Congress of Saskatchewan.
From 6:00am to 6:00pm, 980 CJME will feature special interviews and information on how to help.
CJME, Z99 and Jack 94.5, along with our Rawlco Radio stations in Saskatoon, will be encouraging listeners to donate to www.cufoundation.ca.
