Digital Manager – Regina or Saskatoon
Are you passionate about digital storytelling, audience engagement, and finding innovative ways to get great content in front of more people?
Rawlco Radio is looking for a Digital Manager to captain our digital growth and shape how Saskatchewan connects with the stories that matter to Saskatchewanians.
You’ll guide the digital presence for News Talk 650 CKOM (Saskatoon) and 980 CJME (Regina) — as well as support other Rawlco stations across the province. From strategy to execution, you’ll play a key role in how we deliver breaking news, sports, and talk radio content across digital platforms.
What you’ll do:
- Lead our digital and social media strategy to grow audience reach and engagement.
- Manage and optimize web content, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with hosts, producers, and news teams to bring our stories to life online.
- Track performance analytics to guide and refine digital decisions.
- Stay on top of emerging trends, tools, and opportunities to strengthen our digital presence.
What you bring:
- Experience managing social media and website content for a newsroom, brand, or organization.
- Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and digital content strategy.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with content management systems and video editing tools.
- Post-secondary education in Journalism, Broadcasting, Communications, or a related field (asset).
